LEDs

We only use the latest generation, high-efficiency LED's with color reproductive values of CRI>80 in temperatures 27 K, 30 K, 35 K or 40 K. LEDs easily last up to 50,000 hours at 80% lumen maintenance (L 90)

CIRCUIT BOARD

Aluminum-based circuit boards are fully integrated and reduce the thermal resistance between LED and the aluminum body. They in turn lengthen the lifespan of the LEDs and enhance the performance of the system as a whole.

OPAL COVER

The flush-mounted high-performance opal cover provides uniform illumination thanks to special material composition with increased transmission and diffusion. By integrating the LED board into the cover, we’ve reduced the weight of the fixture and by being a two-part system, decreased the time it takes for installation.

LED DRIVER

The driver is attached directly to the channel, with optional DALI dimming capability. The integral driver is hidden and does not take away from the luminaire's sleek appearance.

CHANNEL

Profile housing made of extruded aluminum in angular design with 2 ⅜" wide light opening, light-tight gasketed aluminum end cap closure without visible screws. Designed for continuous lighting systems. Available standard in powder-coated gray, white or black.

CABLE SUSPENSION

Flexible aircraft cable suspension, 78" long. Luminaire height can be adjusted without tools. The suspension cables attach to the luminaire via spring clips and can be positioned freely.

Optics with outstanding performance of up to 128 lm/W

BASO’s linear extruded aluminum profile housing impresses through its elegant form with no visible screws and its outstanding light quality. High efficiency LEDs reach an exceptionally good light yield of up to 128 lm/W which results in considerably lower annual energy costs.

    Baso flex

    Flexibility when you need it

    Factory-Cut linear fixtures can be precisely cut to the exact dimensions you request. Please contact customer service for run lengths in increments less than one inch. In addition, optional FLEX INSET sections make wall-to-wall applications easy thanks to their slideable LED insets and field-cuttable channels and covers. In order to match the exact length you require, you can slide one of two boards behind the desired cut length inside the channel. Then trim the channel and cover to the nearest foot length. To remove dark spots, slide the LED inset back to the end of your channel with a perfect fit. The FLEX capability comes standard in all BASO mounting types when using the direct opal lens.

    BASO is not your typical linear light, it is available in standard 90° corners , custom angled, or wall to ceiling corners. If you find yourself captivated by curves, BASO 2.5 combines seemlessly with our SHAPES product line.
